Related to upcoming changes in our services (cf. newsletter), we are updating our terms and conditions, as per our notice via email 6 and 7 June:
- For existing customers, the new terms will be effective from 7 July 2026.
- For new customers, the terms come into effect immediately.
- If an existing customers starts using new services on the new service platform, new terms also come into effect immediately for that purpose.

We summarize the changes here:
- Change of invoice system, new supplier is Orbyt (EU).
- Change of customer service system, new supplier is Intercom/Fin (EU).
- New external service providers (including Microsoft, Monarx and Atarim).
- New suppliers within the group (VPS/Seravo).
- Newsletter and marketing via MailChimp (Intuit, USA).
- New payment processors (Vipps Mobilepay AS og Stripe, Inc.).

If you accept the changes, you do not need to take any action, and the changes will automatically take effect on 7 July 2026.
If you do not accept the changes, you can cancel your services with us by 7 July 2026 and either delete your domain names or move them away from us.
