Microsoft 365 must be managed by you as the customer, and some settings and features may be a little challenging to configure if you have not worked with them before. We are happy to help you get started and provide the information you need to begin using the service. Standard onboarding and general guidance are included as part of our service.
In some cases, additional assistance may be required beyond what is included in the standard setup. This may include, for example, email migration, major changes, or other customizations. We have guides available, but we understand that customers may occasionally need extra time and guidance from us.
Our staff can assist you by phone or email if you have questions or need support along the way. If the guidance required goes beyond standard onboarding, this may be billed as an additional service. You will always be informed in advance, allowing you to decide whether you would like to make use of the assistance.
